Customer service is important to us. Payment can be made by direct deposit to our bank, credit card for a phone booking directly to us or paying by cash, eftpos or credit card at the departure point prior to our tours commencing. Bookings taken by other agents are the responsibility of those agents.

Byron Bay Eco Cruises & Kayaks is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is personal information, as defined by the Privacy Act 1998, and is kept strictly confidential. This data includes your name, email address, phone number and any medical conditions. We use this information to identify your booking and to provide you with further information.

 

Security Policy

Payments made over the phone are entered directly into the merchant services facility which is secured through the National Australia Bank. No card details are retained by us.

 

Disclaimer

Although as mentioned we will take all care and make all effort to keep your information private, however, we will not be held legally responsible for any breach as the information may be divulged to other parties, which has been obtained by methods which are beyond our reasonable control.

 

Alcohol Policy

Byron Bay Eco Cruises & Kayaks (BBECK) practices responsible service of alcohol. Passengers are expected to drink in a responsible manner and not to offend other passengers. Remember there may be children on board as well as adults. You must be 18 to consume alcohol on our vessels. Please bring ID - staff have the right to ask for ID if they consider you to be under 25. BBECK has the right to refuse service to intoxicated passengers. BBECK reserves the right to return you to the wharf if you display any offensive behaviour. BBECK has the right to terminate any charter and can refuse entry to the vessel if a passenger is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. We appreciate your support if our staff need to refuse entry or stop serving drinks to people who are intoxicated. We want to ensure that everyone on board has a good time.
