Autumn on the Brunswick River
The White-bellied Sea Eagles and Ospreys are in nesting mode
Plenty of fish in the river and the ocean - the boat ramp has been busy at times
The river is quiet with no tourists around
Mullet spawning usually starts around ANZAC day
We've seen some of biggest stingrays we get in the river. Remember to splash and stamp your feet when entering the water and they will get out of your way.
Most people are doing the right thing, being polite and obeying the rules
If you are into photography, it is a great time of year with blue skies and clear water - great for reflections
